From time to time the Trustee’s undertake a strategic review of the Trust’s activity.

As part of this process the Trustees consider the defining characteristics and parameters that apply for each type grant; examine management processes and form a judgement about the quality and value of the outcomes achieved.

In some cases this exercise has identified a need for further work.
